We gather information from customers, suppliers, business contacts and employees.

Credit/Debit card details may also be obtained when paying for orders/services this is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialise in the secure capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions as explained below.

Who has access to your information?
We will never pass your details onto any other companies for marketing purposes.
We only share limited data, for an order placed with us, which a third party partner supplier will fulfil on our behalf. This data will consist of only business address, telephone numbers and contact name.
Employees involved in the order/service process only, on our secure systems.
How is your information stored?
Electronically & Manually
Debit/Credit card payment details are processed via the secure online portal provided by Global Payments and are never electronically stored by us.
Your emails, orders, hires, address names and contact details are stored securely on our in-house servers.
We take all reasonable security measures to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
A paper copy of all orders/hires is kept in a locked cabinet, for a period of 6 months at our secure business premises.
Should we ever encounter a breach/hack of our systems, you will be informed.
Use of Cookies
Like many other websites, the Main Event Products secure website uses cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by an organisation to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow that website to recognise you when you visit.
